SYDNEY STREET SHOPS TO START CONSTRUCTION

The renewal of the Sydney Street Local Shops will provide a much needed facelift for the neighbourhood. With our valued partners JOC Consulting, Coordinated Landscapes and Penrith City Council, we have designed and documented the rejuvenation of the local shops public domain in close consultation with the shop owners and local residents. We are excited to say that the project will begin construction this June!

The Sydney Street Local Shops Upgrade forms the Local Charm placemaking program which has been developed within Councils Neighbourhood Renewal program. It aims to refresh and reinvigorate small centres with public art and outdoor upgrades of the public spaces in their immediate vicinity.
